Job Description:

Key Duties

We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Transformation Management Office (TMO) and lead the execution of our Workday finance Implementation project.

As a Senior Project Manager within the TMO, you will collaborate with our ambitious Business Transformation team to enable project delivery. In this fast-paced environment, you will engage with various functional teams, particularly Finance, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Corporate IT, Coworker Services, and Operations to:

  • Utilize innovative and effective approaches to drive projects forward, placing emphasis on supporting the teams.
  • Coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable for their project responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with the Change team to ensure thorough change impact assessments and effective change readiness planning within the broader scope of work.
  • Plan and execute project change initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct workshops and planning sessions involving diverse stakeholders.
  • Monitor and manage local project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, escalating when necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to high governance standards and obtain timely sign-offs.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders across various teams.
  • Actively contribute to fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Project Management role.
  • Essential ERP/Financials experience, with a track record of project delivery within a financial context (Workday experience is a plus).
  • Demonstrated experience working with business stakeholders across multiple businesses, markets, and support functions.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience effectively.
  • Proficient in managing upwards and outwards, with the capacity to engage stakeholders in the project journey.
  • Proven expertise in facilitating workshops and project planning sessions.
  • Solid grasp of project management methodologies, frameworks, processes, tools, and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in utilizing tools for project management, issue tracking, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Extensive experience in leading change management initiatives.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex concepts for stakeholders.
  • Outstanding planning and task management abilities.
