Role Overview:
As a General Manager in our award-winning takeaways, you will lead your team to consistently deliver top-notch food and service, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the team to maintain high-quality food and service standards.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
- Support the operations team to ensure efficient operations.
- Drive sales and maximize business profitability.
- Take full ownership of the site's performance.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high food quality standards.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, adept at working with people.

- Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing hospitality or catering environment.
