We are currently seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Manager for our esteemed Nursing Home in Dundalk, Co. Louth. This is a permanent position.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse in the General Division with the NMBI
- Proven experience in the management of Older Person Care
- Ability to provide hands-on support to staff
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proactive and forward-thinking approach
- Positive and can-do attitude
- Demonstrated empathy towards residents and their families
- Flexibility in work schedule
