Job Title: Adult Social Worker
Location: West Midlands
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Are you a seasoned Adult Social Worker eager to influence the well-being of vulnerable adults and families? Would you appreciate managing a manageable caseload? A Local Authority in the West Midlands is seeking a full-time Adults’ Social Worker to oversee referrals, conduct assessments for care, and manage discharges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct external travel across the county.
- Allocate referrals and coordinate assessments for care.
- Gather information related to safeguarding or inquiries.
- Perform Care Act assessments and Mental Capacity Assessments.
- Proactively prevent delays and ensure that adult social care does not hinder external partners.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Prior experience as a qualified social worker focusing on adults.
