Position: Administrative Receptionist

Location: Teleperformance Spain, 10 certified Great Place to Work and Top Employer sites, with over 4,700 employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide superior customer service by ensuring information accessibility.
  • Demonstrate products and services when required by clients or management.
  • Disseminate product knowledge to oneself and fellow sales team members using various resources.
  • Develop strategies to promote products, even in challenging market conditions.
  • Conduct research on client base to identify new customer demographics and tailor sales approaches accordingly.
  • Devise plans for acquiring and retaining customers based on warranties or guarantees.
  • Analyze and formulate strategies to engage the target market effectively.
  • Customize products to appeal to the specific target audience.
  • Train fellow sales team members in effective sales techniques.
  • Exhibit exceptional time management skills and meet sales deadlines.

Requirements:

Benefits:

  • Full-time position (39 hours/week), Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
